Fewer Cars on Road 111<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Helsingborg has set ambitious climate goals, and we at Coride are proud to contribute to the city\u2019s journey toward climate neutrality. In collaboration with Gr\u00f6na Mobilister<\/a> and with support from Helsingborg\u2019s Klimatfond<\/a>, we have launched the project \u201c111 Fewer Cars on Road 111.\u201d<\/p>\n

Road 111 is one of the busiest routes in the Helsingborg area, especially during rush hours. The traffic not only causes congestion but also generates a significant amount of CO2 emissions. Our goal is to reduce car traffic on this road by promoting ridesharing.<\/p>\n

Using the Coride app, residents of Lar\u00f6d, Mariastaden, Hittarp\u2014and other areas along the road to H\u00f6gan\u00e4s and M\u00f6lle\u2014can offer or find rideshares. This makes it easier to share commutes, save money, and reduce emissions. In fact, our surveys show that 86% of solo car commuters are interested in trying ridesharing\u2014the biggest hurdle is finding someone to ride with. That\u2019s where Coride comes in.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how it works:<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Download the Coride app and create an account.<\/li>\n
  2. Post the trips you already make so others can book a ride.<\/li>\n
  3. Share the app with neighbors, colleagues, and friends\u2014the more people who rideshare, the greater the impact!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We\u2019re already seeing a fantastic response, with over 5,000 users in Sk\u00e5ne. Ridesharing isn\u2019t just cheaper\u2014it\u2019s also a great way to meet new people and make your commute more enjoyable.<\/p>\n
